Activate SIM

I requested a new SIM card as my current one stopped working which meant I can only use my phone on WI-FI.  When trying to activate my new SIM I need a 6 digit code which you send via text which obviously I cannot receive. 
I am also unable to call 150 from my phone.
Options please?

I am sorry to hear this is happening when you are trying to activate a new SIM. 

Have you been able to try getting in touch via our live chat team?

I would love to try that but the EE App is currently not working! 

I shouldn’t need to input a code as the SIM was just a replacement / faulty but I still have no EE access and I have tried using another handset too. 

Any other ideas?

Yes I have tried but it just says call or set up for sign language interpreter. 

Is there a link to access for Live Chat?
