10 pound monthly plan

I just bought a 10 pound monthly plan for the first time with a new card in Milton Keynes but it shows that I have no data remaining. I can use the data in uk but not data roaming in France. Where did my data go?

Welcome to the community,

I take it that you have a monthly contract, or is it pay as you go? If monthly contract, you would need to have roaming enabled on your account, did you make sure of this?

As UK is not part of EU, you would either need roam further or would need to pay for data:
