Hi
If I try to access Voicemail on the Pixel Watch LTE without the phone around it gets a "number out of service" response.
It works fine when connected via Bluetooth.
Is there a setting or do I need a call?

Hi @Timewarp,
Do you have an active data plan for your watch?
Do other features work away from your phone?

Hi @James_B
Yes, I have an active data plan.
Yes they do. If I dial 222 or use the Voicemail option on the watch app when the phone isn't connected, that's when it doesn't work.

@Timewarp When you say the phone isn’t connected are you testing this with the phone switched off or are you just turning Bluetooth off ?

Phone in flight mode with Bluetooth off.

Also tried with the phone off and got the same "I'm sorry the number you have dialled is no longer in service".
Call history shows "+447953222222“

I'd recommend following @James_B's advice and speak to our Technical Support team, @Timewarp.
Hopefully they'll be able to fix this for you.

I just rang and apparently everything is setup correctly on my account.
They put it down to a quirk of the new watch/system. Long story short, it's not possible to dial the voicemail number from the watch without the phone connected.
I'd be interested to hear if everyone on LTE Pixel/Galaxy watches has the same issue on EE.

Same for me.
