I just upgraded early & payed nearly £500 upfront. The money's gone from my account. The system crashed & when logging back in there's no record of my upgrade. It just gives me the same process & wants to take the same amount again. Does anyone know what I can do?

Not yet, but I've just spoken to customer services and they are trying to sort it out
