Hi,
My upgrade is ready. However when I click on the phone I'd like to upgrade to. It says in stock ready to dispatch. But underneath it says sorry there are no available plans for you right now. What does this mean? Iv tried this on the app & website, both saying the same.
Hoping someone can help? Is there a live chat available still?

I'm sorry that there are no available plans showing for you. I would recommend speaking with our upgrades team on 150 so that they can look into this for you.
