Hello, my EE/BT Community buds. Now my issue is that I have pre ordered the s23ultra and it gets release on the same I get 17/02/23 is when I should receive it. But I'm having my doubts about whether or not it will turn up. I so want this beast. Anyone who has preorderd a device android please tell me what happened please , love to people on ee x

@G_dawg77  there is never any guarantee of receiving a device on launch day as that will depend on how many EE receiving from Samsung for that particular model and how many orders EE receive of that particular model if there’s more orders than what they receive there will obviously be a shortage for launch day.

Thank you for some invite, I guess its a case of just waiting, praying that
is arriving on thev17th just 9 days to go ,,...Nervous about the whole

After the initial order email I did not hear anything from EE, until a text message on Friday saying to look out for a message from DPD as they were sending the phones before the release date.

It might be worth installing the DPD app as it will tell you if you have a delivery due (DPD did not text me, but through the ap it told me)
