for you to gift data to another EE number both numbers would need to be on the same EE PAYM account.

My EE account & hers are both on monthly contracts but I want to send her some of mine but we have separate ee accounts

Then you can't gift data to her. You both need to be under the same MyEE a/c in order to gift.

Either of you could effect a change of ownership of the other's contract, pass a credit check & pay for both on 1 bill.
