Broken seal on new phone

Hello. My phone arrived yesterday and I noticed the seal was broken. So I phoned EE and the lady spoke with her manager and said that sometimes they do random quality checks that's the reason why it was broken. I don't know if I believe that. The phone per se seemed brand new even tho there were particle of dusts on the screen . The battery for a brand new phone tho won't last . If a charge it up to 100 and start just browising Google it will go down to 95 per cent in minutes . I got another oppo . But the previous Oppo, even after a couple of years , the battery is still going strong . But I don't remember if the battery got better after few charges. Any suggestions?

Hi @Gabsha76

Thanks for coming here.

It's common practice to open some phone's from each batch for quality checking purposes. Was the box resealed?

If the battery is not lasting on the new phone, please call us on 150 and the team will run through some troubleshooting and let you know what they can do to help 🙂

Thanks.

Leanne.
