Hello, I've placed an order for a Samsung watch delivered to my local store. Received the confirmation email.
Am unable to get any updates, spoke to live chat yesterday who told me it would be delivered withing 24hrs and gave me a tracking number.
Tracking number is not working.
Phoned store, they have no idea about it

I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.

@BaldyStu The store will not know anything about it until they receive it and then they’ll contact you to inform you it’s ready for collection.
When did you place this order ?
