Change my new contract mobile

I Start a new phone and a sim contract last week but my mobile battery is dropping very fast can I change my phone with EE.  I don't have insurance

You don't need insurance for a faulty product. By law you can reject it in the 1st month. Otherwise call CS for a replacement.

@Odmalaka2011  is it because you’re playing with it more because it’s a new device?   

No I'm not,  I still using my old mobile more than new mobile.  Once it's been fully charged without doing anything the battery level dropping. 

My new mobile is SAMSUNG A55 5G
