Why do I get calls barred to this number (whatsapp Spain)

Hi @Lesley1944. 

If you are using a 3rd party app to make calls I am unsure as to why you would receive this message. 

Should you call directly from your phone it could be that your international calling is not activated on your account or a spend cap is in place. 

Are you trying to call from the UK?

WhatsApp calls aren't mobile calls from which you might get such a msg. They use your data.
