The store won't let me buy anything

I've been with EE for 2.5 years on Pay Monthly SIM Only Plan.

I'm trying to buy an Apple Watch - I can add to basket (when not logged in) and as soon as I log in, the basket will not load.

https://ee.co.uk/shop - says "just so you know, we’re unable to let you upgrade or get another phone yet"

Absolutely bizarre - any suggestions, other than visiting a store (because we all know how awful that experience is)?

@GaryK2  try clearing the device history and cookies first then login and try again.

Unfortunately that didn't work

@GaryK2   might be worth a call to customer services.        150 from the device and then option 2.  Then choose the most relevant option.
