Hi guys please help I tried ordering an iPhone 15 pro max I got debited for the upfront charges but it keeps saying processing till the app went down on my phone I couldn’t take a track of the order process and my 100 bucks is gone in my account what would I do

If you call customer services on 150  or 0800 956 6000 option 2 then option 4 they will be able to check if the order has gone through correctly for you.
