Hello!
I ordered a new iPhone on a pay monthly contract yesterday. The up front payment went from my bank but the phone was still on my basket and I've had no order number or confirmation email...
What's going on?!

Mine has done the exact same thing. Unfortunately i cannot make phone calls due to not having a phone at the moment is there any other way to get in contact with EE

i’ve checked all of my email departments nothing whatsoever, and i placed the order last night around 11pm. I left it till the next morning to process but still nothing.
