My line is not receiving text messages abroad

To technical experts I can’t receive massages after communicating back to London officials four times

Does your phone show network coverage?

A mobile network service is required to make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or use mobile data - abroad.

My line is inactive mood I've tried calling ee support team to resolve this
issue but an success and Africa credit Airtel air time getting finished
quickly.

If you're on PAYG and your SIM has been hibernated for non-usage, that's your underlying problem.
