Hi please assist as I can’t receive call and it’s keeps on giving the recipient that the user is currently unavailable I have changed my number into PAYG in March . I am abroad I can now receive messages but no calls even after rest of network settings 😞
called at the helpline but the agent was failed to diagnose the issue and was asked to call later 😞

@ASMAZIZ : When was your SIM moved to PAYG? It takes 30 days to cancel a contract & before it is moved to PAYG. Had that change taken place while abroad you can't now use it at all while abroad. To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Yes the number was converted to prepay while abroad 😞 but the agent didn’t informed me
