Allowance not working during Roaming

I'm currently in Torino, Italy connected to the I TIM network on a Galaxy A14.

 

When I first landed in Italy, my data and minutes were working completely fine and I'm aware of the daily fee. However a few days later the data stopped working completely and whenever I try to call someone, the call ends immediately and makes it look as if the other person hung up.

 

I'm not completely sure why this is happening and it is not very efficient or safe being in another country without data or any way to call someone either so I would please like to know if there's any fix to this.

Check for a spend cap that may be restricting the daily fee being applied.
