My phone won't make or receive any calls.
I have a signal, and can receive data.
It does not even ring, just immediately cuts out after I hit the call button. Therefore I cannot dial 150 to ask for help.
It is also happening with wifi-calling enabled.
I have tried the sim in another phone - same behaviour.
I have tried a sim from a different phone in my phone - it works.
It was working fine 3 days ago (last time I made a call).
Powering off and on does not help.
Please help!

Since the problem is following your SIM, this suggests an account issue. As a last throw of the dice, try forcing your phone onto 2G/3G via the network connections menu - does this make any difference?
Can you send or receive text messages or use mobile data?
You may need to contact EE CS on 0800 0798586 from another phone, to resolve an acckhbt

What happens when you try to make a call?
Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
