We have moved into a new house and our EE mobile phones hardly work. Very weak signal so we can't make or receive phonecalls. We try to use our Sky broadband to use wifi calling but even this is very weak.
What can we do?

What is the estimated coverage like on our coverage checker? If you hit 'check status' it will let you know if there are any maintenance works too.

What do you mean by your WiFi being weak? If you're saying the wireless signal from your router to your phone is poor, then that will be part of the issue. Adding additional wireless access points may be a solution, alongside using your phone closer to the router.
Were these issues evident when you first viewed your new home?

yep that's all fine. We live in a TINY dip and have tall trees in the back garden . Wonder if it's that. Seems like there isn't anything we can do!!!
