I’m abroad , I have roaming and travel pass and my data is not working , plusmy account says I’m not the bill payer wen I am . And cannot call 150

Did you activate roaming before leaving the UK by either texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call?
Are you connected to a local network?

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
