Hi. My data package is £10 per month with 5gb of data, unlimited texts and 500 free minutes of calls. I had more than 9gb left this morning. My app and EE online say I only have 203mb left and no texts or calls. I haven’t used any data today. Is the app working properly??

If you text AL or BALANCE to 150, what does the response say?
If your monthly allowance is 5Gb, it seems odd for you to have had >9Gb this morning - does any individual app show up as being greedy, in your phone's data counter?
Or have you used mobile data to download a software update?

Yes. The text was different and correct. Lots of data etc. so is the app just glitchy?

You can only rely on the 150 Text Service at the mo'.
