Hello,
I really want to upgrade to the unlimited data plan and I want to know how much of my data I can hotspot for things like my PC.
Customer service in the sales department seem to think its limited to 100gb of hot spotting your data, and they have said the unlimited data applies to phone usage only.
however on some EE forums, I have seen information from people saying that the 100gb is only referring to giftable data which is used during hotspot tethering, and that you can in fact continue to hotspot as much as you want free of charge, for example up to 600gb (before you could be moved to a different plan for using too much).
Can a member of staff please clarify whether we can hotspot our unlimited data up to huge amounts such as 500/600gb (free of charge),
or if it is actually only limited to 100gb.
thank you.

@bsg94 : On an unlimited plan you may hotspot or use yourself up to the FUP 600GB of your data per month. The 100GB data you may heard tell of only refers to the amount of data you may gift to other nos. on your a/c, if any.
