How to turn off content lock for 4g on package payment phone.

I want to know a way that works to unlock 18+ contents on my phone 4g as nothing in link below seems works:

https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Archived-Posts/Advice-EE-Content-Lock/td-p/741855

And I do not have a credit card so that only way not tried.

Tried text didn't work,  just says I'm afraid service is temporarily unavailable on 150.

And on 879 just says.

You current have full strict content lock applied, if want to remove call 150 or visit my EE.

Tried site but can find nothing for this anywhere.

Tried app.

But also can see nothing for this.

Called 150.

Got nice person on phoned tried turn it of but when tried it on my phone 18+ extra was still blocked on 4g.

He said to try again in 24 hours as sometimes it takes that long but no joy so far.

I'm stumped what else can do as according to all can find tried everything can, also extremely annoyed by this I'm well over 18.

So what can do if anything.?

I am in pay monthly pack.   (Wear have to pay monthly for top up.)

Not sure it that is classed as pay as go or not.?   In fact would be grateful if could let me know if is or isn't.

That's PAYG & it's a 30-day pack.

On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

I do not have a credit card.

Then it's the EE Store for you. There's no other way.

It's not sorted its still blocking me but appreciate the attempted help.

Also is 1818 safe just wondering.

Your query is. You've yet to visit an EE Store to complete the content unlock.

What is 1818?
