I bought the £40 unlimited data add on, but my data isn’t working, it’s still showing me 0 MB as data balance in the EE app

Are you able to use any Data?, if you have UL Data the App will not show you how much Data you have left or used, it will just say you have UL Data.

Thanks for coming here. 

Do you have the unlimited data add-on showing as active within your add-ons? 

If you text BALANCE to 150, what is the reply?
