Hi! 

i am abroad and have been sent a text for roaming options. I’ve paid £100 for 900MB and 300MB  of data and I think it is appalling that I have not been given options for cheaper roaming costs. I would like to be refunded for the 900MB of data so I can pay for the cheaper roaming pass! I am a loyal customer and I feel I have been scammed

I’m in America. I used the advice of the text EE sent and I’ve been told since I could have been roaming for less money with more MB. What can be done about it?
