I'm having same issue. There seems to be a problem with the system. 4 times I've purchased the 15 pack and it says successful but then check data and nothing shows up. Its ridiculous!

@Naomiwatson : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

NOTHING! Now my payment has gone through and pack is started I've got no phone, can't text and no data, says proxy settings check but why would that affect calls?
