I’m in hd3 4gl. I can’t gift data as the app is saying there is a problem. Also, my messages and emails aren’t being sent or received as normal. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also turned my phone on and off. Regards

I haven’t really got time to phone 150 at the moment as usually on hold for at least 40 mins. It seems like a lot of people are unable to gift data despite updating, uninstalling/ reinstalling the app or using the web site.
