No Mobile data after new SIM

Hi

 

My wife just got her new Sim card activated this morning after moving from Three Network. The phone is working fine but their is no Mobile Data. Any ideas why ?

Assuming Mobile Data is switched on check the APN Settings are correct for EE (Access Point)

 

  • Name: EE Internet.
  • APN: everywhere.
  • Username: eesecure.
  • Password: secure.
  • MMS Proxy: 149.254.201.135.
  • MMS Port: 8080.
  • Authentification Type: PAP.
  • APN Type: internet+MMS. ( If an entry is required type a * on its own)

Thanks for that but no joy.

 I tried contacting tech support but gave up after the guy passed me on to someone else after 20 mins. Just joined EE and I'm starting to wish I hadn't !!
