Hi , I recently joined EE couple month back.
I have 160g of data on a Google Pixel 7. I have noticed in the last two weeks my mobile internet is soo slow it takes 5 to 10 seconds to load a simple Google search. Yet when I run a data speed check it always says very fast speed. Could this be the phone? I sent a problem request to EE in my area . Two days later I got a text back saying my bill cycle has refreshed and I am back to full speed using my plan allowance. If your allowance runs out again I will stay connected to a slower speed data...... This makes no sense because I have 160g and have used not a quarter of that. Any ideas???

Is this happening in one specific location? Or is it a general issue that's not location-dependent?
