West Coast Mainline connectivity

Hello,

What measures are being made to upgrade the signal and connectivity on the west coast mainline, including the speed of data services?

Currently the network is patchy and speeds can be slow. I know there is a particular issue with Ava to trains, so any updates on partnership working would be appreciated.

Rail lines tend to travel through rural areas, and through cuttings & tunnels - these require specialised coverage solutions.
