My current plan details and cost

Hi, could you tell my current plan details and cost because I thought I had switched to unlimited data but I seem to be being charged a lot of money when in fact I thought I was only going to pay £24 a month ?

Hi @Ducati996

Welcome to the community. 

Once your data has been used from your package you will be notified and provided with the option to then purchase more. Should you not, then data will not work. 

You can view your plan and your latest bills within your My EE account. If you have been receiving charges outside of your allowance you will be able to view these in your bill break down.
