Double Data not showing

Hi everyone, 

I was with Plusnet but moved back to BT. Also had a EE-Plusnet SIM and migrated to EE SIM pay monthly. Got notification of Double Data so texted 1122 'Double' nearly 2 months ago, now, data has reset to my normal allowance. Checked app and add-ons and no sign of it. Can anyone shed any light?

Hi Leanne_T,

Thanks for the response. I did not go to customer services but checked my profile and realised I made a bit of a mess! Instead of putting my EE number as a contact I typed in my O2 number (dual SIM phone). So I rectified this and texted DOUBLE to 1122 and within 10 seconds got the confirmation text! Result!
