Since coming back from holiday in Italy, I cannot access my data. I have checked my Allowance and it tells me I have not used any so have it all left. I have been through the whole data drop downs and cannot understand what is happening????

Does it seem right that you haven't used any data? Didn't you use any data in Italy whilst roaming?
