I have 40GB of data every month and for some reason it asking me to buy more data, when it just changed for a new month. So why do I need to buy data if I already have a monthly plan. Now I can not use my data that I pay for every month without having to buy it?.

Hi @Maxkaz17

Did you previously buy a data add-on before your monthly refresh?

If yes, could it be a possibility that this is running out not your actual data?

What reports back if you text AL to 150?

It ok now, I've sorted it. My phone has been playing up ever since I've
had and it getting worse, anyway I had to restart my phone in order for it
to reset my data.
My monthly data never runs out and on the day I had to use my data it just
said I need to buy data, bearing in mind monthly allowance reset on 7th of
every month and it also sa8d on my EE account that I had 40GB left which is
part of my plan.
