1. Is it possible tobe receiving SMS alerts when mobile data on EE numver reaches low, onto another network number (so could top up from another mobile the EE phone)?

Hi @ACAC 

You can enable alerts when your phone is reaching 80% of its allowance, but the messages are sent to the line in question - not to another phone.

You could always enable the alerts and then ask the user to forward the text message.
