Hi , is anyone else experiencing data problems . I have enough data but it just doesn’t seem to be working outside . I can’t seem to access WhatsApp or other apps

Same here! Monthly refresh of data etc on 28th May but still unable to use 4g. It just keeps asking me yo buy data?! Even though I have 4gb available?
What is going on?

yes, I have restarted my phone still no luck
i also can’t seem to access websites or even receive messages when I’m outside

Yes I can make and receive calls
iPhone 11 Pro Max , never had problems before

If you go to Settings > Mobile data, does this show turned on and the apps showing as turned on to use mobile data?
If so, can you go back to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings. This will restart the iPhone and remove any saved WiFi passwords you may have.
