Not offering any help here, but  mine has also reser to zero.   I'm new to EE PAYG - only enabled the phone Saturday s0 29th of august, all looked ok Sunday and Monday.... Do the totals get reset 1st of each month ?   which is a bit harsh ?

@Damian6662 : No, they last the full 30 days unless you exhaust them earlier.

My EE shows all zeros at the moment (legacy pack), if you text AL to 150, it should show the correct information.
