Hi, I'm currently deployed to the Falkland Islands and am trying to gift data onto my sons phone. I'm on a 100GB monthly plan but the app and website both state I have 0 data left. Definitely not used 100GB of data as I've been using WiFi the entire time. Have tried moving data from another plan that's showing data belonging to my oldest son but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

How's long this been happening? When was you billing date?

Since the new app upgrade is when I noticed. Balance resets on 9th and I've not used any mobile data down here. Unable to gift data from any account though. Weird.

You cannot gift data from a no. that is abroad in a country where you can't use your UK allowances once your allowance refreshes until it returns to UK. The Falkland Islands is such a country. That is also why you see you have 0 data remaining.
