Cannot check data left.

After performing faultlessly for three years I started having the "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." problem when checking data left four weeks ago on my EE myfi mini. The first time it seemed to correct itself after very much button clicking, the second time I cleared my browser caches as per forum suggestion. This time nothing works and checking via '150' is an absolute  pain. Is a concrete solution in hand?

So I'm replying to my own post as this might help someone or shed a clue;  I just tried to check data using IE11 (!) and it was fine and dandy, so it looks like a problem/incompatibilty with Chrome maybe?

The Status poge, http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status , appears to be OK for the last few days & is no longer Forbidden.

Hi thanks for your reply, I just checked and still 'Forbidden' in Chrome, but IE11 OK. Maybe I need to reinstall Chrome.

It is no longer Forbidden in Chrome here. It was for a few days but it cleared up w/out reinstalling Chrome.
