Can’t turn off mobile data

I have been trying for many months to be able to turn off data by using the EE app and the website on my phone and the two other phones on my account but it just doesn’t work it will not override the phones settings as it said it should. The last time it worked for me was around Christmas.

@Franstntn it might be worth calling customer services and request you get your online account reset.   As this should work via the app/your online EE account. 

Thankyou for your reply @Chris_B I have already done this and they have not been able to offer me a solution. They keep passing me from pillar to post and then closed my case on Friday as they couldn’t find the reason for this.

         Apparently it was sent to a lot of different teams but they couldn’t find out what was wrong. I don’t know what level they were on.
