Add someone to your account

I want to add my grandaughter to my account so i can gift her data how do i do this?

Is your granddaughter already an EE customer?

If she is, is she using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Both pay as you go. I pay hers and she keeps forgetting to tell me it needs topped up. I want to be able to manage it from my account

Thank you that took me to the right place, except it says an account for this number already exists. I dont do technology this is becoming frustrating

It sounds like there may already be an online account set up for that number, @Kristen81

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to remove that account and add it to yours for you.
