Hi peeps,
I am a former BT customer who has transferred over to the EE on a new contract with 6 months Ultimate Game Pass included.. It is within my EE account but when I try to add it it keeps saying it is unavailable.. I have spoken to EE live chat service and they have said wait until the 9th. Now is the 9th and I have still not got anything...

I am trying to get through to the technical team to get them to send me an email with the activation link.. But at the moment their whole customer service is a nightmare.. Been on all day trying to sort this out, passed around the house.. Utter joke
