I'm getting the same issue. I have been with EE since 2010. I'd like to upgrade but I'm just getting the dead button. Could you please fix. It seems to have been going on for years.

Yes - I’ve tired Safari, Chrome and Edge. All to no avail.

I finally found some time at the end of the week to call ... 45 minute wait on the line to upgrade apparently! I know it would be a pain.

I still haven’t updated my handset. I just want to keep the features of my sim only plan but with a new handset as the current one that I’ve had for about 5 years has started to get glitchy.
I don’t want to wait for 45 mins. Why can’t I do this online at my convenience 😤

I'm not sure why this is happening, but it could be related to your account or eligibility. It will need someone to take a look at your account. You could pop into your nearest store, if it's easier than calling.
