I am having 2 problems
First my the account to which my products are linked appears to be linked to the mobile number that I moved from when keeping my original one. Could be something else?
Second it is impossible to contact a person to speak to using the 150 help number. None of the options get me to the right person
As a new customer I am finding this quite frustrating even compared to BT.
Any ideas?

Same here , I have been waiting for nearly a moth , talked to cs and still not sorted..
