Rubbish customer service after been a loyal customer for ten years! Put a complaint in but can’t tell me how long it will take to resolve or speak to anyone in complaint department. Great…… roll on leaving

Hello,
I rang this morning as i have recently joined EE broadband and mobile. The person who answered took my account details and put me on hold for checking the details. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and nobody has even asked what my query is. Is this what i should be expecting from EE customer service going forwards?
