I had a great experience on the phone today with an agent called Fola. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful with me whilst we set up my new sim only contract. She very politely and patiently explained all the deals and contract to me and I appreciated her repeating everything when asked even though this was many times. A very polite, kind, amazing customer service agent who needs to be recognised, thank you Fola!
