I find the new package for £28/m with 50% off for 6 months that means I will have to pay £14/m for 6 months.

So my new bill is £36.10.

On the website is impossible on the phone they never pick up.

Where I can make a complaint?

@akurvaanyadee   You are billed for the time you took out the tariff until the bill was generated and for the month ahead.    So your first bill has part charges.   Looked at your bill breakdown to see what you have been billed for.

This is not helpful at all. I still have to pay.

I still can not contact ee because the website just blocked me.

This is not a good customer service at all.

This is my last contract with you.
