cancel my contract?

I recently early upgraded my phone contract to a s23 ultra which has yet to arrive, i made the purchase directly from ee via the app - do i still have 14 days to cancel this? i need to speak directly to someone on the phone because A: i think i should wait for the s24 to be released and B: i dont think im getting the best service for my money. if anyone can help with this id be very grateful.

@BobbyDanger_118  Then you need to call customer services before the device is dispatched.  You get 14 days cooling off period when you receive the device but you might be able to stop this before it’s dispatched.

All online & telesales purchases in the UK (with some exceptions not relevant for this query) come with a statutory 14days change of mind right-of-return.

The clock starts counting from when the goods are received, although if an order has already been processed you may well need to wait for that to be delivered and then return it.
