Its only the 2nd day ive had  sim on a contract . Ive called the ee branch where ive got my sim from today and got it unblocked. I wad able to use my data make phone call for a few hours but now its happening again my sim has been restricted as ive reched my credit limit. What's the credit limit for and how did i manage to reach that limit if ive only been with EE for 2 days? On my ee app it says my bill is over due and there is a £50 brought up from last monts bill how could this be?

Apparently because a payment is overdue which ment to be a £50 deposit and
my monthly charge for the sim
