I have had a few conversations with 150 re a billing issue, OMG after an hour on the phone they say there is a network/computer/system error and they will call you back. Of the 3 that have said that 1 has and he still couldnt fix it. I have had a sim from ASDA and they are amazingf. Im leaving EE as fast as I can.
